Directions
High Country Stoves has a large lighted sign that you can see from several blocks away.
We have a very large gravel parking lot on the south side of our building. Our main entry door is clearly marked when you pull up on our asphalt parking on the south side.
In Town
When you are in Laramie, 3rd Street is the major north/south street in town. It is also Highway 30. We are on the west side of 3rd Street, on the block north of the Gateway Plaza just on the north side of the Harney Street bridge and stoplight.
From I-80 East or West
If you are coming from East or West of Laramie and using Interstate 80, go to exit 313, which is the 2nd exit to Laramie from the east, and the 3rd from the west. Turn to the north when getting off the interstate. Exit 313 is 3rd Street to the north, the same street that High Country Stoves is on. You will need to go about 2/3rds of the way north through Laramie. We are one block north of the large Gateway Plaza shopping center that has Safeway in it. There is a stoplight at Harney Street & 3rd Street, and we are just north of the viaduct over the railroad. Turn left (west) off of 3rd Street.
From Highway 30 North
The fastest and shortest way to get to Laramie from north of town is to use Hwy 30. Hwy 30 turns into 3rd Street when you get to the north end of Laramie. You go through the 1st stoplight at 3rd and Curtis, and then just short of the 2nd stoplight at 3rd and Harney you turn right (west) into our parking lot.
From Highway 287 South
Hwy 287 turns into 3rd Street when you go under I-80. Keep going north on 3rd Street about 2/3rds of the way north through Laramie. We are one block north of the large Gateway shopping center that has Safeway in it. There is a stoplight at Harney Street & 3rd Street, and we are just 100 feet north of the viaduct over the railroad. Turn left (west) off of 3rd Street.
From Highway 130 or 230 West
These two highways come together on the west side of Laramie. They become Snowy Range Street. Stay on Snowy Range as it travels east under Interstate 80 and past the Wyoming Territorial Prison and over the Laramie River. Cross over the bridge over the railroad tracks and at the bottom of the Harney Street Bridge you will come to 3rd Street. Turn left at the Harney Street stoplight. We are just 100 feet north of this major intersection. Turn left (west) off of 3rd Street into our parking lot.
